Randy is the Director of Business Development and and Value Added Services for IntelliSource. In this role, he leverages over 23 years of management experience (15 of it in the staffing industry) with Fortune 500 level and prominent Denver companies. COO, SVP, Director – Randy’s had all three on his business card.

Here, Randy’s key roles involve the development of strategic vision, adding new lines of business and maintaining high-end, high profile client relationships. He also oversees our most complex projects and enthusiastically leads the team to record levels of performance, as well as our crucial measure of success – customer and employee satisfaction.

Randy holds an MBA from the University of Denver and an BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
