The Bridge Project and Binning Foundation.
Founded and run by Denver University, the Bridge Project is perhaps the best hope for many of Denver’s kids to graduate from high school, go to college and maybe one day soon, work with us.
The Binning Family Foundation also serves young people in our community, by supporting personal development of youth and offering programs that will:
- Involve youth in constructive activities.
- Empower youth to establish and achieve personal goals.
- Provide an opportunity to build long-lasting, constructive relationships.
- Challenge youth to try new things and explore new ideas.
- Teach the principles of self-sufficiency and of an active, responsible citizenry.
By achieving these goals, we hope that the youth involved in the Foundation's programs will gain an improved sense of self-esteem and a greater sense of belonging in their community. Ultimately, we hope our participants will perpetuate the Foundation's mission by giving back to their own communities.
Our internship program gives kids the chance to “work” at IntelliSource and experience a real world business and learn about accountability and ownership. The course culminates with final presentations in front of family, friends, IntelliSource Associates and leaders from the Bridge Project and the Binning Family Foundation. It’s truly rewarding for us and the kids – two of whom have started their careers right here.
In addition we support the Bridge Project Adopt A Family:
This is a long-standing tradition for IntelliSource. Each year, we adopt a family that will not have a Christmas and our internal Associates donate gifts, food and cash to ensure a smile on Christmas morning. As of 2008, we've increased this commitment to support two families.
