IntelliSource OS

  • Created and managed small six month pilot program and developed it into one of the most successful and inexpensive sales teams within our customer’s organization. Grew from $1M in sales in the first year to $64M in sales in the second year and on track for $120M in year three.
  • Employed 800-person operation as ”permanent workforce” within retail distribution. Our HR strategic staffing solution and outsourced model enabled executive and management teams to deliver their core competency and decrease inventory, increase productivity and increase quality within their distribution center.
  • Recruited, hired, managed, motivated and retained long term, permanent workforce to meet the demanding needs of our customers’ customers.

IntelliSource VM

  • Seamless consolidation and management of existing vendors resulting in decreased recruiting costs, increased quality and accountability, and an ”in the trenches together” mentality.
  • Streamlined requisition processes and increased time-to-fill cycle times.
  • Created customized reporting and billing to include spend analysis per department, enabling cost control and allowing customers to come in under budget on contingent and recruiting spend.
  • Implemented service-level agreements within customer base enabling the attainment of measurable data and measurable results.

IntelliSource IT

  • Deemed the ”definitive source” for finding niche IT talent, successfully placed high level technical professionals within telecommunications, oil and gas, healthcare, retail and global technology corporations – to name a few.
  • Offered comprehensive technology solutions that encapsulate a wide range of services including technical staff augmentation, direct hire and full management of technology projects.
  • Hired and managed Peoplesoft Implementation projects including Financial, HR/Payroll and CRM modules, providing subject matter expertise and hands-on experience at a 34+% cost reduction from the PeopleSoft implementation team. Selected as the outsource partner on a major customer PeopleSoft transition desk, providing the turnkey team that achieved first-call resolution statistics of over 80% and customer service ratings above 98%.

  • Our search team has placed some of the worlds most sought after executives into the most sought after executive positions.
  • Created competency-based critical skills list to determine and agree upon desired skills and behavior for the ideal candidate profile.

IntelliSource RX

  • Decreased turnover from 80% to 5% within technology support team for major non-profit hospital. Resulted in recognition and awards by executive team for outstanding service and support to hospital staff. The 5% consisted of positive attrition due to advancements and promotions.
  • Successfully placed business and clinical application management and specialists. Known for our ”needle in the haystack” results. Our ability to find niche healthcare professionals that are able to leverage clinical and business expertise has resulted in better continuity between medical and business units within major Colorado hospitals.
  • Created vast network of healthcare professionals enabling faster delivery, successful placements and mutually satisfied clients and candidates.

IntelliSource PR

  • Hired and managed staff for major event sales for retail clientele. Sold excess inventory resulting in up to or in excess of $500,000.00 revenue per event sale.
  • Deployed management staff throughout the US and Canada to recruit and manage necessary personnel for entire project.
  • Assisted in demographics review for effective marketing campaigns to achieve sales event goals.
  • Offered proactive solutions for cost effective methods directly affecting set up, location, inventory and breakdown.

  • Seamlessly acted as extension of Human Resource department.
  • Consulted at a large global customer service centers to improve overall recruiting, recognition and retention processes and procedures.
  • Partnered with executive HR teams to develop customized solutions to decrease recruiting spend, increase manager satisfaction, attract and retain top talent and create recruiting efficiencies through data and trend analysis.
