Our Story.

In the past, our founders worked with Fortune 100 companies. Each of these companies spent hundreds of thousands of dollars a year recruiting employees. This was necessary due to the inherent churn rate. Then one day, a question was posed: “Would the churn stop if we took all that money and put it toward employee benefits and development?”

There was no answer, which is why IntelliSource was born.

While every other staffing company talks about offering benefits, what they’re really offering is “access,” employees are free to choose and pay for whatever benefits they like, through the employer.

We on the other hand, actually pay between 70% and 80% of our employees’ benefits – it’s rewarding to everyone, starting with the employee and ending with you.

 We find that focusing on the needs of others - both clients and employees - produces positive results.
